The Ipoke Project

This was a new build out for a fresh fast food restaurant. In collaboration with Ghost Haus, we were able to take this space from studs to opening. The goal of IPOKE was to offer a new healthy way of eating, done in the same style as Chipotle or Subway. By applying the Universal Design Method we were able to design a layout not used before for this type of cuisine.
